A boutique built on
access, not volume.

Interbridge Partners is a Swiss corporate and transaction advisory firm. We take on a small number of mandates each year and lead each one personally, on both sides of the bridge.

Who we are

Swiss standards. Asian reality.

Interbridge Partners connects companies, entrepreneurs, strategic partners and business opportunities between Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on Switzerland and Vietnam. We combine Swiss governance, structure and precision with the relationships and on-the-ground judgement that Asian markets require.

We are deliberately a boutique. A cross-border mandate cannot be delegated down a hierarchy: it depends on the people who know both the file and the counterparties. The person you meet is the person who runs your mandate.

How we work

Four principles

Discretion

Mandates, clients and intentions are not marketing material. We do not publish client names.

Selectivity

We accept mandates where we can genuinely add access or judgement – and decline those where we cannot.

Independence

We are paid by our client, not by the other side. Conflicts are disclosed before a mandate begins.

Continuity

We stay involved beyond signing – market entries and transactions succeed or fail in the implementation.

Network

The specialists around us

We do not pretend to be lawyers, notaries, auditors or tax experts. We work with an established network of independent licensed professionals in Switzerland and Asia, and we coordinate them so that our clients deal with one interlocutor rather than five.

On the Asian side, our network consists of entrepreneurs, industrial groups, advisers, administrators and logistics partners built up over years of direct business activity in the region – not of introductions bought for a single deal.

Structure

Where we are based
